MSC has been accepted to USL Y (summer league)

The Midland Soccer Club is proud to announce its acceptance into the Midwest Division of the USL Y (formerly Super Y)!!
In our first year, we offered teams for u19 boys and girls and u14 boys. The success of our teams was beyond what we had hoped for as both the u19 boys and girls finished 2nd in their division and the u19 girls received a bid to the National Finals in Tampa last December.
The USL Y (formerly Super Y) league is an Elite summer league under the umbrella of the United Soccer Leagues. Midland Soccer Club will compete, not only with clubs in Michigan, but some of the best clubs in Ohio, Indiana and Illinois. The winner of the Midwest division will play in a National Championship final in Florida in December of 2024.
The inclusion in USL Y builds off the current developmental plan for the club.

From the Director:
"The USL has always run quality programs and it is great testament to the hard work of the players, coaches and MSC families for MSC to be selected to take part in this league. Being a part of USL Y along with the MSYSA Director's Academy and our International partnership with Celtic FC, continues to prove what I believed when arriving to the area 8 years ago, we have the ability to offer high level programming utilizing the players, coaches and leadership that is already here in Midland and the surrounding Great Lakes Bay Region. We continue to prove that through our State Cup Championships, Olympic Development team appointments and through the number of players who head off to college and become successful on and off the field of play."
