Thank you to all of the players, coaches, parents, fans, referees, MSC staff and our volunteers for making the 11th annual Fusion Invitational Tournament a huge success!!

2014 FIT Game Schedules Published

The Midland Soccer Club is looking forward to your participation at our 11th Annual Fusion Invitational Tournament (FIT) which takes place August 22 to 24, 2014.  All games are held at the Midland Soccer Club, 901 Soccer Drive, Midland, MI.

Game schedules can now be found in the related link section to the left of this page.

Per our standard, the head coach of 2 teams listed on the applications should not have any game conflicts for round robin games only. Semi-final and championship games are excluded from this guarantee “free of conflict” games.  For those coaches with 3 or more teams, the tournament staff did the best of our ability to minimize game conflicts for round robin games as well.  In addition, we did try to accommodate the special request as well based on comments provided in the applications.  If you have any questions regarding your game times, contact me kerrypacholke@midlandsoccerclub.org 

Pre-tournament Team Registration: Check-in/packet pick-up will open Friday evening from 4 to 8 and Saturday morning from 8 am to noon.  After that timeframe, registration can be  done at the MSC main building.  Players do not need to be present for check-in.

The coach/manager or team official must have the following documents ready for pre-tournament check-in at the MSC Complex registration tent prior to your first game:

  • Official Team Roster
  • Player pass cards
  • Guest Player Roster (if applicable)
  • Medical Release forms, notarization preferred
  • Coach/Manager Risk Management Card/Number
  • Out-of-state teams must provide a copy of their permission to travel form.

Welcome to 2014 FIT

Welcome to all the teams that have been accepted to participate in our 11th Annual Fusion Invitational Tournament August 22 – 24, 2014We are pleased that you have chosen to come to Midland.

All games will be held at the Midland Soccer Club, 901 Soccer Drive, Midland, MI.

If you have not already done so, please be sure to complete your team roster and any other information that may be missing from your application (coach email, phone numbers, etc.).  You can click on the “Update 2014 FIT Application” link to gain access to your team application by entering your email, team and PIN number.  This link will be closed as of August 15th for us to pull team rosters.

Be sure to review the Tournament Rules (to the left) as well since that will answer most of your questions for the upcoming tournament.

Game schedules will be posted on or before August 11th.

For our older high school girl teams, we have combined the age groups of U16/U17 and U18/U19 brackets to create a competitive balance environment for all teams participating.

For those clubs that will be bringing 5 or more teams to FIT, the $25/team refund will be issued within 2 weeks following the conclusion of FIT.

In addition, we do guarantee no coaching conflicts during the round robin games only for the head coach of 2 teams.  For those with 3 or more teams, we will do the best to our ability to provide no conflicts during round robin games if possible among 3 or more teams.

Welcome and thank you for visiting our web site!!

The Midland Soccer Club is pleased to announce that our 11th Annual Fusion Invitational Tournament (FIT) will take place August 22 – 24, 2014.  All games are held at the Midland Soccer Club, 901 Soccer Drive, Midland, MI.

Registration is now open until July 25, 2014.  Application can be found to the left under the “related links”.  This must be completed with payment by July 25th for consideration into 2014 FIT.  No exceptions if payment is not received.

Accepted teams will be posted by August 1, 2014.

The following age groups are available from most competitive to least competitive levels of play:     

U09 - U14 Boys

U09 – U19 Girls

U20+ Male and Female Adults - NEW ADDITION TO FIT

Cost:

U09 – U10 (6v6)            $400

U11 – U12 (8v8)            $450

U13 – U19 (11v11)        $500

U20+ (11v11)                $600

 

Once again we will offer a $25/team refund following the tournament for those clubs that bring 5 or more teams to 2014 FIT.

In addition, we will guarantee no coaching conflicts during the round robin games only for the head coach of 2 teams.  For those with 3 or more teams, the tournament staff will do our best to our ability to provide no conflicts during round robin games, however, please be aware that we cannot guarantee any conflict greater than 2 teams.
